Project Alliance definition

Project Alliance means collectively the Owner, OAP and NOPs who will deliver the Project.

  • Any provision of this Agreement which is or becomes illegal, void or unenforceable will be ineffective to the extent only of such illegality, voidness or unenforceability and will not invalidate the remaining provisions and will be read in such a way as to make it consistent with, and ensure the integrity of, our commitments in Section 2, our Alliance Principles and Project Alliance Objectives.
