PROJECT AGENT definition

PROJECT AGENT means the agent, if any, acting for and on behalf of the Project Lenders, and any successor Project Agent appointed pursuant to the provisions of the Project Financing Agreements.
PROJECT AGENT means an independent professional architect or quantity surveyor, or other suitably qualified person, appointed by the CONTRACTOR.
PROJECT AGENT means a party or firm, on behalf of the Developer, that facilitates the Project through the Developer Extension process.

  • Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;

  • Construction Agent means the Lessee in its capacity as construction agent pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement.
