Project Administration Costs definition

Project Administration Costs means payments made for expenditures or account of services provided under the Administrative Services Agreement.
Project Administration Costs means expenditures, such as for transportation and per diem costs of PCU and AFU’s professional staff, and for non-durable goods, all for purposes of coordinating and supervising the implementation of the Project.
Project Administration Costs means those costs expended or incurred by the District relating to the administration or management of the Nacimiento Project or the Nacimiento Facilities, including, but not limited to, costs relating to accounting services, legal services, risk management, insurance, and claims management. Project Administration Costs occur during the Design Phase, Construction Phase, and Operation and Maintenance Phase.

  • City’s Project Administration Costs included in the Estimated Cost as shown in Exhibit B that are not charged to Developer shall be deducted from the Maximum Reimbursement Amount.
