Prohibited Access definition

Prohibited Access means restriction imposed by government authorities or the U.S. Department of State due to a Pandemic or Epidemic that prevents You from reaching a destination listed on the itinerary of Your Trip.
Prohibited Access means reproduction or display by a Fully Participating Library or Host Site of any Digital Copy of a Book that is prohibited by the applicable Library-Registry Agreement or the applicable Host Site-Registry Agreement, and is not otherwise authorized by the Rightsholder.

  • Prohibited Action means an action of the Client as defined under paragraph 10.1 of this Client Agreement. A Prohibited Action constitutes an event of Default giving the Company the right to take action under paragraph 14.2 of this Client Agreement.
