Progressive Premier Class definition

Progressive Premier Class is defined as all persons who made a first-party claim on a policy of insurance issued by Progressive Premier Insurance Company of Illinois to a Georgia resident where the claim was submitted from June 8, 2016, through the date of Preliminary Approval, and Progressive determined that the vehicle was a total loss and based its claim payment on an Instant Report from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ where a Projected Sold Adjustment was applied to at least one comparable vehicle.

  • Pump spray means a packaging system in which the product ingredients within the container are not under pressure and in which the product is expelled only while a pumping action is applied to a button, trigger or other actuator.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree.
