Progressive Plan definition

Progressive Plan means each bonus, deferred compensation, incentive compensation, stock purchase, stock option, severance pay, medical, life or other insurance, profit-sharing, or pension plan, program, agreement or arrangement, and each other employee benefit plan, program, agreement or arrangement, sponsored, maintained or contributed to or required to be contributed to by Progressive or by an ERISA Affiliate for the benefit of any employee or director or former employee or former director of Progressive or any ERISA Affiliate of Progressive.

Examples of Progressive Plan in a sentence

  • Each Progressive Plan has been operated and administered in all material respects in accordance with its terms and applicable laws, including but not limited to ERISA and the Code.

  • No reportable event under Section 4043 of ERISA has occurred with respect to any Progressive Plan on or before the Closing Date other than any reportable event occurring by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or a reportable event for which the requirement of notice to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has been waived.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

A plan is “co- ordinated” when the needs of all levels of governments, semipublic and private agencies and the citizens of Oregon have been considered and accommodated as much as possible. “Land” includes water, both surface and subsurface, and the air.
