Progress Review definition

Progress Review means a scheduled meeting between an employee and his supervisor in which they discuss the employee's accomplishments and possible problems in the area of performance (e.g., performance standards), and in which performance criteria is reviewed and revised if necessary.

More Definitions of Progress Review

Progress Review means a review of progress toward achieving the performance standards and is not in itself a rating.
Progress Review. (or Periodic Review) means, in the 2-year FM Program, the scheduled meeting between the Resident and their Competency Coach which occurs generally every 4- 5 months over the period of training. During this meeting, the Competency Coach and Resident review the assessment data collected over the previous 4-5 months, the Resident’s informed self-assessment, and the Resident’s draft learning Plan. The Competency Coach provides feedback on the Resident’s progress in relation to the Assessment Objectives, Skill Dimensions, and EPAs, and assesses the Resident’s performance against the expected level of competency (level of supervision) for the time point at which the review occurs. The Competency Coach decides whether the Resident is performing at the expected level (on track, or not). A “Progress Report” and updated learning plan are completed at the end of each review.
Progress Review. An assessment describing an employee’s year-to-date progress on Job Objectives.
Progress Review in this policy, means an informal and productive process to discuss progress on goals and performance to date, held on intervals occurring in between performance evaluations.
