Examples of Programme Price in a sentence
If You cancel within this 14-day period, payments made in respect of the Programme Price will be refunded to You.
By giving such consent, Subscriber immediately loses their right to cancel under Clause 2.4 of this Schedule 1 and the deposit and any and all other amounts they have paid towards the Programme Price will become non-refundable.

If Subscriber cancels their SmartCharts Subscription, the Digital Programme content will remain accessible for a further 30 days until Subscriber's SmartCharts Subscription expires, however, subject to Clauses 2.4 – 2.5 of this Schedule 1, Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund of the Programme Price.
You will not be able to access to any Digital Programme until your Programme Price is paid in full.
If Subscriber cancels their SmartCharts Subscription, the Digital Programme content will remain accessible until the end of the period for which the subscriber has paid the final subscription, however, subject to Clauses 3 – 4 of this Schedule 1, Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund of the Programme Price.
