Programme Price definition

Programme Price means the total amount paid for the Programme as specified on Your invoice.
Programme Price means the total amount paid for the Programme as specified on your receipt.
Programme Price means the fees paid for Digital Programme as described in schedule 2 and as set out on your invoice.

  • If You cancel within this 14-day period, payments made in respect of the Programme Price will be refunded to You.

  • If Subscriber cancels their SmartCharts Subscription, the Digital Programme content will remain accessible for a further 30 days until Subscriber's SmartCharts Subscription expires, however, subject to Clauses 2.4 – 2.5 of this Schedule 1, Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund of the Programme Price.

  • You will not be able to access to any Digital Programme until your Programme Price is paid in full.

  • If Subscriber cancels their SmartCharts Subscription, the Digital Programme content will remain accessible until the end of the period for which the subscriber has paid the final subscription, however, subject to Clauses 3 – 4 of this Schedule 1, Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund of the Programme Price.
