Programme Data definition

Programme Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that is generated through the Programme Deliverables or Programme activities or otherwise relates to the Programme or that is collected by the Grantee in the performance of the Programme activities set out in the Programme Document and Budget, including but not limited to, user data, numbers of additions and deletions, commit counts and commit activities.
Programme Data means all data, records, analysis, assays, notes regulatory applications, approvals, certificates, authorizations, letters and documents, inventions, practices, methods, knowledge, know-how, skill, experience, test data including pharmacological, manufacture, stability, safety, toxicological, pre-clinical studies and clinical test data, analytical and quality control data, marketing, manufacturing, and compounds, compositions of matter, assays and biological materials related thereto, and any other information stored and/or kept in whatever media produced during the Programme other than Cobra Know How;
Programme Data means data, information, Personal Data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media which from time to time are in the control of or are managed by the (i) Sponsor Body; (ii) the Delivery Authority; or (iii) any contractors or sub-contractors (of either Party) working on the Programme. This includes digital documents, emails, data held in digital systems, hard copy information, web content, audio and video recordings, building maps, plans, 3D models, photographs, text messages, and social media applications;

Programme Data means the data from any Programme Trials and any other test data related thereto and any other documentation or correspondence relating to any Programme Trials of the Licensed Product conducted by or on behalf of either Party and all Know-how in respect of the same;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;
