Programme Content definition

Programme Content means programming material intended for public consumption but excludes advertising content inserted within a programme during breaks or between programme or at the end of a programme and at the beginning of a programme;
Programme Content means the broadcast presentations made in the FM Channel of the Permission Holder.
Programme Content means any of the programmes described at Schedule 2 and, subject to your attendance at the Fast Track Webinar, access to a £10,000 Company Trading Account.

  • MSO shall also not be liable in any manner to Broadcaster/Authorized Distributor or any third party as regards the alleged violations of any third party’s copyrights, any law or any telecast standards and practices guidelines, Programme Code and Advertising Code ( as provided under The Cable Television Network Rules, 1994) or in any applicable law with regard to the Programme Content.

  • Mentor Training Programme Content The Contractor is required to design the content of the Training Programme for the Mentors of ECTs to deliver the stated Product/Service Purpose.

  • The Mentor Training Programme Content must be informed by (and make reference to) current recognised research and international best practice.

  • In designing the Mentor Training Programme Content, the Contractor must give due consideration to different delivery methods, including but not limited to face-to-face sessions, peer sessions, events and/or visits, online sessions, communities of support.

  • The Second Party shall at all times during the currency of the Agreement undertake to conform to and comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations including the following:  Programme Content as approved by the First Party.
