Programmatic Relief definition

Programmatic Relief means the relief as set forth in detail in paragraph 5.1 below.
Programmatic Relief means the non-monetary terms of the Settlement Agreement described in Section VII.
Programmatic Relief means the relief set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Two (2) percent of the net funds paid into the FWC Qualified Settlement Fund according to the terms of the Settlement Agreement in In re Flint Water Cases, No. 5:16-cv-10444-JEL-MKM (E.D. Mich.) will be distributed into a Programmatic Relief Qualified Settlement Fund.

  • The Parties understand that a delay in the start date for the distribution of the SEF will be necessary if the Programmatic Relief Qualified Settlement Fund has not yet been funded pursuant to the terms of the FWC Qualified Settlement Fund by the start of the 2020-2021 academic year.

  • The Parties agree that Class Counsel will hold back $100,000 per year of their awarded fees for each of the three years of the term of the Programmatic Relief for their work in monitoring said Programmatic Relief.

  • The Settlement Sum together with the Individual Named Plaintiffs’ Settlement Fund do not include Defendants’ share of employer taxes or contributions (i.e., FICA, FUTA, SUTA and Medicare), which will be paid separately by Defendants to the Claims Administrator, the payments to the Independent Consultant and the Independent Settlement Monitor or the costs of the Programmatic Relief, which payments and costs will be borne by Defendants directly.

  • The Independent Settlement Monitor will meet on a strictly confidential basis with a designated representative of the Company on a semi-annual basis for the 3-year period to review compliance with the terms of the Settlement with respect to Subsections 1-4, 5(b), 5(c), 6-10 of the Programmatic Relief set forth in Section IX(C) below.

  • The Settlement Sum together with the Individual Named Plaintiffs’ Settlement Fund constitute the total settlement cash outlay by Defendants in connection with the resolution of this Action, except for payments to the Independent Consultant and the Independent Settlement Monitor, the costs of the Programmatic Relief and Defendants’ share of taxes.

  • The Programmatic Relief specified in this paragraphs A, B, C, D and F of Section XII, above, shall be provided for a period of five (5) years.

  • The Programmatic Relief set forth in this Settlement Agreement and the agreements incorporated herein shall remain binding on the Parties and their agents and successors for a three (3) year period following the Effective Date.


More Definitions of Programmatic Relief

Programmatic Relief means the programmatic, non-monetary relief agreed to by the Settlement Class Representative on behalf of the Releasing Settlement Class Members and Walmart, in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.
Programmatic Relief means the relief set forth in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
