Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
Cabinet radiography means industrial radiography conducted in an enclosure or cabinet so shielded that every location on the exterior meets the dose limits for individual members of the public as specified in 12VAC5-481-720.
Optical means services related to the provision of glasses, contact lenses, tests and treatments carried out by a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Machine-readable means an automatic identification technology media, such as bar codes, contact memory buttons, radio frequency identification, or optical memory cards.
Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;
Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.
Synchronous means instruction delivered by the virtual education teacher and received by the student concurrent in time;
Catalogue means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalogue, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:
Embedded means the placement of transmission or distribution lines, pipes or cables into the bottom of surface waters by minimal displacement of bottom material and without the creation of a trench, or trough, through the use of techniques such as plowing-in, weighing-in, or non-trenching jets.
Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.
Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a brachytherapy source or a teletherapy, remote afterloader, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.
Interfaces means, collectively, the CAD Interface and the Channel Access Interface.
Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.

Subsystem means a functional grouping of items that combine to perform a major function within an end item, such as electrical power, attitude control, and propulsion.
Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.
Interface means the mixture occurring in pipeline operations between adjoining batches having similar or dissimilar physical characteristics.

redundant means being no longer required by an employer to continue doing a job because, for a reason that is not a usual reason for change in the employer's work-force, the employer has decided that the job will not be done by any person.
Software means any and all (a) computer programs, including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code, object code, human readable form or other form, (b) databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, (c) descriptions, flow charts and other work products used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, (d) screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons and (e) documentation, including user manuals and other training documentation, relating to any of the foregoing.
compatibility means the ability of the digital content or digital service to function with hardware or software with which digital content or digital services of the same type are normally used, without the need to convert the digital content or digital service;
Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;
Video means simulated movement created by the display of a series of images creating the illusion of continuous movement.
Assistive Devices means any category of durable medical equipment, mechanical apparatus, electrical appliance, or instrument of technology used to assist and enhance an individual's independence in performing any activity of daily living. Assistive devices include the use of service animals, general household items, or furniture to assist the individual.
Sensor means any measurement device that is not part of the vehicle itself but installed to determine parameters other than the concentration of gaseous and particle pollutants and the exhaust mass flow.
