Program Services Agreement means any agreement having a term of not less than three years with an option to extend such term for an additional three years or more entered into by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than License Subsidiaries) in accordance with the Bank Credit Agreement as in effect on the Issue Date relating to a Contract Station, pursuant to which agreement the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than License Subsidiaries) shall obtain the right to program and sell advertising on a substantial portion of such Contract Station’s inventory of broadcast time.
