Program Service Area definition

Program Service Area means the geographic area specified in an Applicant’s response

Examples of Program Service Area in a sentence

  • If a MCO has a single hotline serving multiple Service Areas, multiple MCO Programs, or multiple hotline functions, (i.e. Member, Provider, Behavioral Health Services hotlines), HHSC may request on an annual basis that the MCO submit certain hotline response information by MCO Program, Service Area, and hotline function, as applicable to the MCO.

  • In each HMO Program Service Area, HHSC will select HMOs for each HMO Program to provide health care services to Members.

  • HHSC will assign these enrollees equally among all HMOs in a Program Service Area.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Planning and service area or “PSA” means a geographic area of the state that is designated by the commission for purposes of planning, development, delivery and overall administration of services under a multiyear area plan. “PSA” may be interpreted as either singular or plural dependent on context. “Provider” means any person, company, firm, association or other legal entity that provides services

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.

  • Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
