Program price definition

Program price means the reimbursement rates and prescription drug prices established by the administrator of the Oregon Prescription Drug Program.
Program price refers to the sum of the base price for your program, plus single supplement (if applicable), plus any air add-on costs, included government taxes, fees, or port charges, and pre- or post-trip extension costs; but does not include any other items, such as surcharges, government taxes or fees that are payable onsite, etc. (collectively, “Other Items”).
Program price means the total price that You will pay for each Covered Device under this Program, as listed on the Pricing Schedule.

  • When a student purchases through a mobile application, the mobile platform provider's pricing matrix will control, and we will choose the price tier closest to the applicable Base Price or Promotional Program price.

  • If the final Marketing Pool Program price for such month is greater than the provisional price paid by Cargill to Producer, Cargill will remit the difference to Producer.

  • Additional Systems may be placed on the Program for an additional per-System fee equal to the monthly Program price.

  • If a Program price changes after You have made a deposit, but before You have paid in full for the Program, Cloud Connections reserves the right, at Our sole discretion, to transfer Your deposit to another Program, or refund You the deposit, if Your cancellation is pursuant to Our cancellation policy below.

  • Under the Price Match Program, price matching will continue to be honored through the first week of classes allowing students to shop online early and buy with confidence.

  • At the end of each month, Cargill will calculate the Average Delivered Price, Average Accessorial Charges, and Average Freight Costs in order to arrive at the final Marketing Pool Program price for such month.

  • The parties acknowledge that the liability limits and risk allocation in this Agreement are reflected in the Program price and are essential elements of the bargain between the parties, without which AlphaTheta would not have provided the Program or entered into this Agreement.

  • If these Scope Assumptions change or prove to be invalid, the Program activities, Program price, and estimated duration will be modified accordingly.
