  • The Government Program Parties must be under an obligation to (1) retain any restrictive markings on Seller’s Information, (2) protect Seller’s Information to the same degree as provided herein; and, (3) limit use of Seller’s Information to performance of a contract under the Government Program.

  • The Program Parties are not responsible for (as applicable) late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, irregular, garbled, corrupted or undelivered Rewards or transmissions (whether sent by or to the Participant), regardless of cause.
