Program of Events definition

Program of Events means the Program of Events as described in the Business Plan and Clause 6.
Program of Events means, without limitation, all shows, displays, signs, marquees, decor, special events, seasonal and holiday events, promotional literature to be distributed within and outside the Shopping Center, advertisements for the Shopping Center, and other activities within the Shopping Center designed to attract customers.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to reassign the space listed on the Program of Events to accommodate both the Group and all other groups using the Hotel’s facilities during the Group’s meeting.

  • This Agreement, along with the attachments called The Program of Events and the Hotel’s Information Sheet, which are incorporated herein by reference, are all of the terms agreed to by the parties.

  • Failure to submit a finalized Program of Events to Hotel by JULY 31, 2022 may result in a release or reassignment by Hotel of the meeting or event space being held for Group.

  • The object of the Promotion Fund shall be to pay the cost of (i) advertising the Shopping Center in the local metropolitan area, and (ii) formulating, providing, and carrying out an on-going Program of Events (as hereinafter defined), both of which, in Landlord’s sole judgment, shall serve to enhance and promote the Shopping Center and its occupants.
