Program Names definition

Program Names means the name of the Program, or any acronyms or abbreviation of that name and registered or unregistered trademarks of CSIRO relating to the Program, as listed in the Program Rules.

Examples of Program Names in a sentence

  • Equifax will have the exclusive right to determine when and how Program Name(s) will be used in conjunction with Program marketing.

  • For each Member School Site listed in Attachment A, this license extends only to the AVID Materials and AVID Methodologies corresponding to the AVID Program Name(s) (e.g. Elementary, Secondary, etc.) listed for that AVID Member School Site.

  • Communications, Program Names, Signage, Publicity and Publication Publication of Program Results Contractor may not undertake any publicity or publish for public consumption any results or information about its program or the participants without prior review by the LVWDB Executive Director.

  • Founder will not redirect the Program Names to any other address without the prior written consent of Dominion Registries.

  • Any rights in the Program Names released and allocated to Founder under this Agreement may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or conveyed to any third party except (a) in connection with a sale of all or substantially all assets of Founder and (b) in accordance with ICANN’s domain name transfer policies.

  • Upon any failure by Founder to comply with (or to cause or maintain compliance with) any of the terms or conditions set forth herein, or in the Registration Policy or Registration Agreement, including, without limitation, the failure to pay applicable Registration Fees and Renewal Fees as and when due, Dominion Registries may revoke the Program Names and cancel Founder’s registration thereof.

  • Dominion Registries may choose to reject a request for a Program Name for any reason, or for no reason, and Founder hereby irrevocably waives and releases any and all claims, causes of action or other complaints that it does, could, or may raise against Dominion Registries or the applicable Registrar in relation to the release and/or allocation of Program Names.

  • Program Names will not be allocated to Founder until all fees due to Dominion Registries have been received from Registrar.

  • With the exception of any ICANN mandated name selection criteria, all name selection criteria (including, without limitation, as set forth in Section 4 of the applicable Registration Policy) are hereby waived with respect to the Program Names released and allocated hereunder.

  • Dominion Registries retains sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether to release and allocate all Program Names.

Related to Program Names

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Trade Names means trade names, brand marks, trade dress, brand names, logos and all other names and slogans or product goodwill for which no trademark registration has been obtained and for which no application is pending.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
