Program Module definition

Program Module means the attachments to this Agreement which describe the features and terms of Support. Certain Program Modules require Customer to execute an additional Program Module to add a Supported Product or Technology. In such cases, the additional Program Modules will become incorporated by reference herein when executed by the parties.
Program Module or "Module" means a set of services and deliverables that Spectra may make available to Participant and the payment of the applicable fees.

Examples of Program Module in a sentence

  • The commencement date of additional Support will be the date the parties execute an additional Program Module for such additional Supported Products and Technologies.

  • In order to receive the Support described in this Program Module, Customer must pay the Program Fees specified in this Program Module.

  • Support under this Program Module is provided only for Supported Product or Technology located at the Customer Site.

  • One additional copy of media and documentation for Solaris enhancement releases and/or Sun unbundled software enhancements obtained under this Program Module.

  • Sun has no obligation to provide Support under this Program Module, should such Support be required because of: (i) failure of Supported Product or Technology due to improper use; (ii) any alterations or modifications not authorized by Sun; (iii) causes external to Supported Product or Technology, including but not limited to, degrading effects caused by other software, hardware or environmental factors which prevents Supported Product or Technology from functioning properly.

  • For purposes of this Program Module, “Technology License” means an agreement in effect with Sun or any of its affiliated companies at the time of an Incident and pursuant to which, Customer has been granted at a minimum the right to use Supported Products and Technology(ies) in source form.

  • All services will be delivered at the installation site(s) indicated on the Schedule(s) referencing this Program Module.

  • Each Program Module, associated Schedule(s) and/or Exhibits, and these Master Terms together constitute a separate agreement (“Agreement”).

  • The system(s) and installation site(s) covered by each Program Module are listed in Schedule(s) to that Program Module.

  • Customer’s permitted use of software provided under a Program Module is stated in that Program Module.

Related to Program Module

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.
