Program modification definition

Program modification means a programmatic change that does not clearly qualify as a new program or a nonsubstantive change, including but not limited to a new program consisting primarily of course work from a previously approved program; an approved program to be offered at an off-campus location; a change in the title of a degree; and a change in the title of a program. Review procedures for program modifications are outlined in subsection (c) of Section 10a-34-3.
Program modification shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a).
Program modification means a change in or to (a) a fee, benefit, feature or method of operation of the BIP Service or any BIP Account or (b) this Agreement, in each case, which change is generally and broadly applicable. You agree that any Program Modification by Amex will become effective if you maintain or use the BIP Accounts after the effective date specified in the notice. You may choose not to accept the Program Modifications by terminating this Agreement (and thereafter repaying any outstanding amounts owed to us).

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.
