Program investment means a Participating Investor's aggregate investment in the Notes pursuant to the Program as recorded on the Investment Register.

In contrast, financial investments in programs requested by Advocate (rather than by Xxxxxxx Hospital), which includes those determined by Advocate to be needed for consistency with Advocate standards or operations, rather than for functionality, are not Program Investments.
