Program Improvement definition

Program Improvement means projects that improve the functionality of space, primarily driven by academic, student life and athletic programs or departments. These projects are also issues of campus image and impact.
Program Improvement means an increase in revenue which is allocated to all districts to fund standards adopted pursuant to subdivision (d). Program improvement also means an increase in revenue allocated to low revenue districts to bring them closer to the statewide average.
