Program Goal. The goal of Da Vinci Charter Academy (DVCA) is to offer a means of individualizing the educational plan for students whose needs may best be met through study outside of the traditional classroom instructional setting. All who participate in Independent Study shall do so on a voluntary basis. No student shall be required to participate in Independent Study. Minimum enrollment is 1 school day. Maximum enrollment is 10 consecutive school days and 14 school days total in a school year. All work is due three days upon return.
