Program Generic Technology means any Program Technology that is not Program Aptamer-Specific Technology and that relates generally to the composition, discovery, generation, optimization, manufacture, formulation, delivery or use of aptamers. Examples of Program Generic Technology in a sentence

  • TAKEDA, at its sole expense, and acting through patent counsel or agents of its choice, shall be responsible for the Prosecution of (i) Patent Rights covering TAKEDA Program Technology including TAKEDA Program Aptamer-Specific Technology but not ARCHEMIX Program Aptamer-Specific Technology or Program Generic Technology; and (ii) TAKEDA Background Technology.
