Program Directive definition

Program Directive means a written notice, instruction, authorization or interpretation issued by CDA with respect to the Program, the Program Documents, and this Origination Agreement.
Program Directive means any writ­ ten statement by the Administrator, the Deputy Administrator, an Assist­ ant Administrator, a Deputy Assistant Administrator or a Staff Office Direc­ tor that is intended to guide or direct Regional Offices in the implementa­ tion or enforcement of the provisions of the Act; the term does not include an interpretation or clarification of ex­ isting rules, regulations, or other pro­ gram directives.
Program Directive means a written notice, instruction, authorization or interpretation issued by the Administration with respect to the MHCP, the Lender Documents, or this Agreement.

  • Laid off person (personne mise en disponibilité) – is a person who has been laid off pursuant to section 51(1)(g) of the CRA Act and who still retains a preferred status for reappointment within the CRA under the Staffing Program Directive on Preferred Status.
