Program Deliverables definition

Program Deliverables means collectively the EE Resource Plan, EE Resource Plan Update, Energy Efficiency Resource Report, M&V Plan, M&V Report and such other documentation or deliverables provided or required to be provided to the IESO in accordance with this Agreement or otherwise in relation to the Program.
Program Deliverables means, for each Target, the deliverables for a given part of the Research Plan as defined in the Research Plan for such Target.
Program Deliverables means, collectively, the M&V Plan, the first quarter M&V Report, the first annual M&V Report and such other documentation or deliverables as may be required to calculate and/or confirm the Actual Participant Incentive and the actual Electricity Savings delivered by the Project.

  • The IESO reserves the right to engage a third party service provider (including the Technical Reviewer), at any time, to exercise or perform any of the IESO’s rights or obligations under this Agreement, in full or in part, including with respect to the review and approval of the Program Deliverables and payment of the Actual Participant Incentive.

Related to Program Deliverables

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
