Program Charges definition

Program Charges means the charges for Program Services, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit E.
Program Charges means the charges defined in section 1.9 of Part E of Schedule 1;

Examples of Program Charges in a sentence

  • Said Program Charges, which Company acknowledges receiving from Vanco, may be modified at any time upon thirty (30) days notice.

  • The Program Charges have been established based upon the limitation of liability set forth in Paragraph 7.

  • The Program Charges are small in relation to the amount of funds processed by Vanco pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Company will receive a credit, after deduction of the Program Charges, to its designated account at its financial institution (“Company’s Account”) within two (2) business days after Vanco receives notification that a transaction which it has processed has been funded.

  • Company agrees to pay Vanco monthly for Program Charges for WebPay by an ACH debit to Company’s Account.

Related to Program Charges

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.
