Program Agent means The Chase Manhattan Bank or its successors, unless a different Program Agent shall be designated by the Trust Agreement for a particular Trust Fund. RECORD DATE The meaning assigned to it in the Prospectus for each respective Trust Fund. REDEMPTION DATE The meaning assigned to it in Section 5.02. REDEMPTION PRICE The meaning assigned to it in Section 5.02. RESERVE ACCOUNT The account created pursuant to Section 3.03. ROLLOVER DISTRIBUTION The meaning assigned to it in Section 5.03. ROLLOVER NOTIFICATION DATE The meaning assigned to it in the Prospectus for each respective Trust Fund under the caption "Rollover Notification Date" appearing in "Essential Information." ROLLOVER UNITHOLDER The meaning assigned to it in Section 5.03.
