Program Acquisition means (a) an Investment made by any Loan Party ------------------- pursuant to Section 5.02(f)(ix), or (b) the refinancing of the costs of construction of a New Center made by any Loan Party pursuant to Section 5.02(f)(ix), in each case on or after the Fifth Closing Date.
