Progenity refer to Progenity, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries.

Examples of Progenity in a sentence

  • Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Progenity may continue to engage the IRO.

  • The IRO shall not have a prohibited relationship to Progenity as set forth in Paragraph F.

  • Progenity’s owners, employees, contractors, and directors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Progenity present.

  • Progenity shall report to OIG, in writing, any changes in the composition of the Board, or any actions or changes that would affect the Board’s ability to perform the duties necessary to meet the obligations in this CIA, within 15 business days after such a change.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section, if OIG denies such a timely written request, Stipulated Penalties for failure to perform the act or file the notification or report shall not begin to accrue until three business days after Progenity receives OIG’s written denial of such request or the original due date, whichever is later.

Related to Progenity

  • Biomarker means a parameter or characteristic in a patient or Patient Sample, the measurement of which is useful (a) for purposes of selecting appropriate therapies or patient populations or monitoring disease susceptibility, severity or state, or monitoring therapies for such patient and/or (b) for predicting the outcome of a particular treatment of such patient.

  • Progeny means unmodified descendent from Material, such as virus from virus, cell from cell, or organism from organism.

  • Halogen means one of the chemical elements chlorine, bromine or iodine.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations, and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these regulations, "radiobioassay" is an equivalent term.
