Profits Pool definition

Profits Pool means 25% of any Net Company Profits either (i) derived from a Capital Transaction or (ii) calculated upon a Valuation Event.
Profits Pool shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2.
Profits Pool means 20% of all Available Profits of the Company in each financial year of the Company.
