Profiled User means a record of a person or entity who is registered in the user profile database used in conjunction with the ASP Software for the purpose of managing activity of such person or entity when accessing the website using any of the ASP Software, which record maintains information about such person or entity and may refer to external sources for additional information about such person or entity.
