Proficiency tests means the distribution of one or more Fapas® Products, by Xxxx as part of a Proficiency Testing Scheme, for the analysis of one or more analytes by the Customer who will return their analysis results to Fera by the date specified in the Instructions accompanying the Fapas® Products.
