Proffers definition

Proffers means that certain Proffer Statement dated [ ] made in connection with [ ].

Proffers means the proffers approved by Henrico County when the property comprising Innsbrook was zoned by Henrico County, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit “B”.
