  • Any subsequent change or revision to such laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, policies, standards or other guidelines which requires the CONSULTANT to provide and/or perform work and/or services which are significantly different from that set forth in the Scope of Professional Services, Exhibit "A", shall serve as a basis for the COUNTY to consider the development and issuance of a Change Order to provide for a change to, or Additional Services to the services set forth in the Agreement.
