  • The Committee for Professional Resource faculty will be comprised of four elected members.

  • In addition, the University has contracted with the Florida’s Health Professional Resource Network (“PRN”).

  • A) LESSOR: Professional Resource Options, Inc., a Florida corporation, having its principal place of business at the Building, d/b/a PRO Executive Office Suites, hereinafter known as “PRO”.
