Professional Products definition

Professional Products means ready-to-use devices having a retail value equal to or greater than the Professional Threshold, primarily designed and intended for professional, business or commercial use, wherein such product is not primarily marketed or sold in consumer markets.
Professional Products means devices, products, articles or merchandise on or in connection with which the Licensed Marks are used and whose primary purpose is to: (a) help maintain facilities or manufacturing equipment; (b) increase or improve employee or other individuals’ efficiency, safety or protection, or cleanliness; or (c) enhance the safety or cleanliness or efficiency of facilities or equipment or processes. Professional Products expressly include those devices, products, articles or merchandise sold or otherwise transferred to customers or end users by Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx’x Global Professional Business or Global Partnership Products Business as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Professional Products. Means any products intended for use by or formulated or packaged specifically for Professional End Users (including, without limitation, products marked as “professional” or otherwise distinguished as part of a dedicated range of Professional Products for Professional End Users).
