Professional/Functional Director definition
Professional/Functional Director means a person appointed or co- opted as Director to the Board of Directors of the cooperative Society by virtue of his being an expert in the field of accounting, finance, management, banking, Information Technology, law, agriculture, cooperation, cooperativemanagement or any other specialized field relating to the activities of the Society, if available in the local area , who is willing to guide and advice in the affairs or business activities of the Society without voting rights ;
