Professional Director definition
Professional Director means a person appointed or co-opted as Director without voting right to the Board of Directors of the Society by virtue of his being an expert in the field of accounting, finance, management, banking, Information Technology, law, agriculture, cooperation, cooperative management or any other specialized field relating to the activities of the Society, who is willing to guide and advise in the affairs or business activities of the Society;
Professional Director means a natural person appointed as a director for twenty or more covered entities; and
Professional Director means a director as referred to in para 1.6 of the Master Circular UBD.CO.BPD.MC.No.8/12.05.001/2013-14 on Board of Directors – UCBs dated July 1, 2013 (as modified from time to time).
