Professional Content definition

Professional Content refers to the content available through the N21Mobile Apps. “N21 Mobile Apps” consists of applications, such as N21 Media. "Services" means any and all services, tools, software, developer platform functionalities, mobile applications and functionalities relating to the ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website, including our monthly subscription services (e.g. Membership), and as may be provided by N21 from time to time.
Professional Content means all photographs, audio, video, information, and other content generated (1) by NeuLion pursuant to this Agreement, or (2) by or on behalf of NHL or any of its Affiliates and distributed through the Services. (t) A “Relocation” means provision of any of the Services from, or transfer any Content to, any location outside of the United States of America or Canada without NHL’s prior written consent, except that provision of Content in response to an authorized User’s request via a Service provided to the public via the Internet shall not be deemed a Relocation. (u) The “Service Level Agreement” means the service level commitments set forth in Exhibit C hereto, as that exhibit may be amended during the Term in a writing signed by both of the Parties. (v) The “Services” means the products and services that NeuLion provides or commits to provide to NHL or on behalf of NHL pursuant to this Agreement, including in Section 2 and Exhibit A hereof, and including the Professional Content generated by NeuLion. Each component of the Services is referred to individually as a “Service.” (w) The “Term” means the period described in Section 12(a). (x) “User Content” means all photographs, audio, video, interactive features, information, and other content generated by Users not acting on behalf of NHL or NeuLion and transmitted to, posted on, or transited through the Services. (y) “Users” means individuals who are authorized by NHL to use some or all of the Services. Users may include employees, consultants, and agents of NHL. (z) A “Video” means Professional Content that includes synchronized video and audio elements and is capable of being requested on an individualized basis via one or more of the Services. 2.
Professional Content means all photographs, audio, video, information, and other content generated (1) by NeuLion pursuant to this Agreement, or (2) by or on behalf of NHL or any of its Affiliates and distributed through the Services.

  • Professional Content, the N21Mobile Apps, and any products, services, or applications downloaded via the ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ website are also subject to the terms of the applicable Member End User License Agreement that will appear along with a “DONE” box or button, which you will have to click or check before you will be allowed to access the applicable content.

  • No Professional Content or other digital media is being offered for sale; only an applicable use license is being offered as provided in the applicable end user license agreement.

  • Throughout the Term, NeuLion shall on a live basis monitor all of the Services providing Professional Content to Users and shall ensure that each such Service distributes content that is of at least the quality specified in Section II(A)(6) above or, for distribution to a device that does not support that quality level, the highest quality supported by that device.

  • Professional Content can only be accessed during the term of the Membership, and when such Membership is cancelled, access to any current or past Professional Content (including CEP acquired through the membership subscription) you accessed shall cease; however, in the event you renew your Membership within 12 months from cancellation, you will again have access to that Professional Content while your Membership is current.

  • The TOC Staff shall actively monitor the Services, including any Professional Content that is being distributed through the Services, to ensure the continued availability of the Services in accordance with the specifications established by this Agreement.

  • Professional Content functionality requires an appropriate computer or smart device (Apple or Android) as well as internet access from said device.

  • NeuLion shall operate and host a registration interface that will process subscriptions to subscription-based Professional Content packages (e.g. NHL Center Ice Online package) and assign unique user names and passwords to Users that is substantially similar in all material respects, including with respect to appearance and functionality, to the registration interface available through services that NeuLion provides to NHL as of the Effective Date (the “Registration Interface”).

  • Endeavor further represents and warrants that use of the Endeavor and Healthcare Professional Content and of the Endeavor and Healthcare Professional Marks as contemplated hereunder does not and will not infringe upon or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Endeavor hereby agrees to take full responsibility for --------------- obtaining clearances and authorizations from Healthcare Professionals and all other parties in connection with the following material to be provided to iXL for use in connection with the Program: (i) any and all Endeavor and Healthcare Professional Content; and (ii) any and all Endeavor and Healthcare Professional Marks.

  • Health Professional Content is both provided by the Health Professional and/or office staff and collected from multiple data sources that may not be confirmed by the Health Professional.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer means a person acceptable to Buyer in its reasonable judgment who (a) is licensed to practice engineering in California, (b) has training and experience in the power industry specific to the technology of the Project, (c) has no economic relationship, association, or nexus with Seller or Buyer, other than to meet the obligations of Seller pursuant to this Agreement, (d) is not a representative of a consultant, engineer, contractor, designer or other individual involved in the development of the Project or of a manufacturer or supplier of any equipment installed at the Project, and (e) is licensed in an appropriate engineering discipline for the required certification being made.

  • Professional Engineer means a person entitled to practise as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario under a licence issued under the Professional Engineers Act;

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Professional Services Fees means the fees for Professional Services described as such in the applicable Product Order.

  • Professional service or professional services means a professional service or professional services as defined in the Health Insurance Act 1973.
