Professional Certification and Designation Program definition

Professional Certification and Designation Program means a program which is administered by the University under clause(b) of section 9 and which is based on curriculum, study and examinations and leads to the award of a certificate, or charter or credential and a designation indicative of the professional practice area/areas;

Related to Professional Certification and Designation Program

  • medical certificate ' means a certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner.

  • Medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;

  • CEC Certification and Verification means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the Project has commenced commercial operation (as such term is defined by and according to the CEC), that the CEC has pre-certified) that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and that all Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR for purposes of the Project.

  • Provisional Certificate shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2; “Punch List”shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2.1;

  • certification mark means a mark used in connection with the goods or services of a person other than the certifier to indicate geographic origin, material, mode of manufacture, quality, accuracy, or other characteristics of the goods or services or to indicate that the work or labor on the goods or services was performed by members of a union or other organization.
