professional Act definition

professional Act means an enactment under which a professional or occupational group or discipline is organized and that provides for the membership in and the regulation of the members of the professional or occupational group or discipline, including the registration, competence, conduct, practice and discipline of its members;
professional Act means an Act that regulates a profession.
