No Supplier shall without the Buyer’s prior written consent (a) change the ingredients or components (including feedstock and raw materials) used to produce the Products, Specifications, manufacturing process, approved plant or agreed delivery method, or (b) implement any changes which alter any of the Products in such a way that is not acceptable to the Buyer’s technical clearance process, even if the Products are still within the Specifications.

Allergan agrees that AMO individually, or through its Affiliates, is the sole and exclusive owner of the Product(s) Specifications and/or Packaging and Labeling Specifications (collectively defined as "Intellectual Property") in the Territory.
