Productions Note definition
Productions Note means that certain promissory note of Productions payable to the order of Holdings in the original principal amount not to exceed $600,000,000 evidencing loans and advances made or to be made by Holdings to Productions, together with any extension, renewal, increase or amendment thereof, or substitution therefor.
