Productions means the following live theatrical productions produced, presented, licensed or under development by the Sellers that comprise part of the Purchased Assets: "Fosse," "▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇," "Phantom of the Opera," "Playhouse Creatures," "Ragtime," "▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇," "Seussical" and "Sweet Smell of Success."

Productions means Clear Channel Productions, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Holdings. "Radio" means Clear Channel Radio, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Radio Licenses. 141 "Radio Licenses" means Clear Channel Radio Licenses, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Holdings. • BAC Productions shall have the full power in the interpretation, contraction and enforcement of all contract terms, rules, regulations and agreements set forth herein.

Productions means any live, filmed or taped production or presentation whether re- leased on television programs, commercials, industrial or educational training films, cas- sette, digital video disc, CD or CD-ROM, im- age catalog, computer hard drive, computer on-line service, web site page, internet, video or audio tape, flash drive, radio program, phonograph record, audio tape, music in sheet or other form, electrical transcription, print or on any other form of "media."

Productions has the meaning provided in Section 5.5(c).
