Production Uptime definition

Production Uptime. Production Uptime represents the amount of time in a given month that Customer has the ability to log in or access the Cloud Services user interface (or authenticate to APIs) and perform associated scanning related activity. Production Uptime is measured by Onapsis in a given month by the following calculation: Production Uptime = (Potential Uptime – Cloud Services Interruption Time) / (Potential Uptime – Exclusions).
Production Uptime shall be measured using the formula: Production Uptime % = [1- (Production downtime) *100%]). For example, if hosting is unavailable for a total of 200 minutes in a 30-day month, then Production Uptime is [1-(200/43,200) *100%] = 99.5%. Planned outages may only take place with at least twenty-four (24) hours advance written notice from Licensor to Licensee, such planned outages shall not count as Production downtime. Priority 1 - Urgent: The error or issue renders the Solution inoperative or causes a complete failure of the Solution Assigned resource will respond to the problem report within thirty (30) minutes Assigned resource will resolve the problem within four (4) hours
