Production Term means (a) with respect to Phase I, the period commencing on the Commencement Date of Phase I and ending on the Commencement Date of Phase II or upon termination of this Agreement, whichever is sooner; and (b) with respect to Phase II, the period commencing on the Commencement Date of Phase II and ending upon termination of this Agreement.

Production Term means, for each Product, that period commencing on the Commencement Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

No storage fees will be charged during the period starting 30 days prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the Production Term.
In addition, Client will supply to CBSW a cryogenic means for CBSW to store Cryopreserved Product at the Facility and CBSW will store such Cyropreserved Product during the Production Term up to the time specified for delivery in accordance with Section 6.3.
During the Production Term, CBSW will maintain any licenses, permits and approvals necessary for the manufacture of the Product in the Facility.

During the Production Term, CBSW will store at the Facility, without charge to Client, so much of supplies, other Client Materials, equipment or other property needed to manufacture the Product.
No storage fees will be charged during the period starting [***] days prior to a Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the applicable Production Term.
Up to [***] times during any [***] period during the Production Term and upon not less than [***] prior written notice, CBSW will permit Client to inspect the parts of the Facility where the manufacture of the Product is carried out in order to assess CBSW's compliance with cGMP, and to discuss any related issues with CBSW's management personnel.
During the Production Term for Phase II CBSW will provide sufficient appropriately trained and supervised technicians to effect such manufacture.
In the event that CBSW continues to store such Remaining Client Property, Client will pay to CBSW a storage charge at CBSW's then-standard storage rates for the period beginning on the [***] day after the expiration or termination of the Production Term through the date that the storage terminates.

More Definitions of Production Term

Production Term means the time period specified in any Statement of Work during which Product will be manufactured.

Production Term means the period commencing on the date of payment of the First Advance and continuing thereafter until the applicable expiration date set forth in Sections 6.a, 6.b or 6.c., as extended pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6.d and/or 6.e.

Production Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

Production Term means the period commencing on Commercial Start-up and ending on the 50th anniversary of Commercial Start-up, subject to automatic extension for any extension of the term of the Partnership Agreement pursuant to Section 5.2 of the Partnership Agreement.
