Production Technology means CI Plus Specification, CI Plus License Specification, Production Credentials, Keys and Device Digital Certificates provided by CI Plus LLP to the Named Licensee and/or its Affiliates.

Production Technology means Technology (including, but not limited to, promoters, introns, selectable markers, 3' ends, and nucleotide sequences and fragments thereof for transformation and expression of genes in plants) and Research Material, in each case, useful for the development, selection or manufacture of any plant, plant cell, seed, seedling, plant variety, or hybrid; and any improvements thereto discovered or developed in the course of the Research Collaboration; provided, however, that Production Technology shall not be considered to be Product Technology, Discovery Technology or Transient Transformation Technology.
