Production System Operations definition

Production System Operations means the equipment, labor, and services needed to produce, separate, store, treat and transfer the produced Hydrocarbons from the wellhead to the point of custody transfer.

  • The Magnolia Owners will provide via the Magnolia TLP Operator the operations described on Exhibit “B” (Magnolia TLP Services) for the Satellite Production System in accordance with the Satellite Operations Procedures Guide, which are the limit of the Satellite Production System Operations provided hereunder.

  • Should the Parties fail to determine a mutually acceptable technical alternative to mitigate the incompatibility, the Magnolia TLP Operator has the right to discontinue the Services set forth in Articles 4.1.1 (Production Handling Services) and 4.1.2 (Satellite Production System Operations) hereinabove.
