Production Sources means the equivalent to the current manufacturing recipe (including STM 519).

Examples of Production Sources in a sentence

  • Gatherer recognizes that Shipper's arrangements with the Third Party Production Sources may be discontinued at any time and relieves Shipper of any obligation to continue deliveries from any Third Party Source whose sales to Shipper have been terminated.

  • As consideration for gathering Shipper's Gas, Shipper shall pay to Gatherer those fees identified on Exhibit A for each of the Third Party Production Sources.

  • At least thirty (30) days, but not more than forty-five (45) days, prior to the beginning of each Contract Half-Year during the Term of each Confirmation, Seller may designate in writing one or more of such Approved Production Sources as the Force Majeure Production Sources for the next Contract Half-Year for such Confirmation.

  • If there is no previously designated Force Majeure Production Source(s) for a Confirmation, then the tonnage reduction due to Force Majeure will be proportioned among the Approved Production Sources, based upon the tonnage delivered from the Approved Production Sources from the commencement date of the then current Contract Half-Year to the commencement date of the Force Majeure.

  • As consideration for gathering Shipper’s Gas, Shipper shall pay to Gatherer those fees identified on Exhibit A for each of the Third Party Production Sources.

  • If more than three Approved Production Sources have been terminated and in Buyer’s reasonable judgment the Coal continues to causes unsatisfactory performance at the consigned destination, or requires Buyer to modify equipment, facilities, practices, or processes, then Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.

  • Gatherer recognizes that Shipper’s arrangements with the Third Party Production Sources may be discontinued at any time and relieves Shipper of any obligation to continue deliveries from any Third Party Source whose sales to Shipper have been terminated.

  • If the Parties are unable to reach a mutually agreeable solution within twenty (20) days after delivery of Buyer’s notice to Seller, then Buyer may terminate deliveries from such Approved Production Source(s) upon fifteen (15) days prior notice to Seller.

  • Section 84 (Interconnection of Electric Power Production Sources).

  • If more than three Approved Production Sources have been terminated and in Buyer’s reasonable judgment the Coal continues to causes unsatisfactory performance at the Plant, or requires Buyer to modify equipment, facilities, practices, or processes, then Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement.
